Anzahl Frauen in Führungspositionen=0
Das Produkt ist State of the Art.
Alles was man braucht.
4 years ago when I was joining the company. Since I am not EU citizen I needed to apply for RWR card. I had really good support from Radar and HR department with all the process of obtaining RWR card.
Additional info:
Obtaining RWR card can be so slow process due to MA35 (City of Vienna imigration department). But the company has full understating of this, which is good.
I believe with good communication and empathy one for another we can always improve and become better.
Working atmosphere is really nice. My team and I try together to solve our everyday tasks in a good and positive way within agile environment.
Unfortunately I believe that salaries in general in IT industry (including Radar) in Austria are not competitive enough and not in good shape at all (Taking in consideration all the costs of living in Vienna and general spending costs here...especially nowadays) and should be reconsidered.
I can only say best words about my current colleagues and previous ones. They are the best part of Radar and I enjoy working with them.
So far with all of my supervisors have been very respectful and could always have good and open communication.
Communication within my team is great.
Due to specific tasks I do, I do not have so much contact with other departments, so it's hard to give objective assessment.
But I would say overall communication in the company is ok, with space to improve, that's why I give 4 stars.
I enjoy tackling our everyday tasks. They are interesting and the way how together with my the team we try to solve them is great!
IT-Security is a future business and Radar has the technology for it. Therefore Radar has a lot of potential.
It also handles employees pretty well.
Sometimes firefighting is required because of the workload.
Delegate more responsibilities to employees and department heads.
Good Covid policies. Respects private life duties and time needs of employees. International young work force with some very nice colleagues. Central office location near metro station.
ISO-certification and compliance theater everywhere. Greedy and devious salary policies. Some employees get paid much less than others for same work done just becaues they come from eastern Europe, e.g. Contract contains strictest confidentiality agreement I have ever seen up to point were it seems almost ridiculous. Too much workload for not enough people. C-Level is not at all respected by employees because it does not listen to what they have to say. C-Level not communicating with employees on an equal footing and is seen as arrogant and incompetent by many customer facing workers.
Hire more people, pay them well and listen to the ones respected by the work force
Total, kein Wort
sometimes stressful, sometimes relaxed, good teamleads
is possible
collegues are the best, nice and friendly and helpful
old building, with loud clima-cooling
gets more and more transparent
Die interessanten Aufgabe
Viel zu tun
Mehr interne Weiterbildung
Solidarity in own team
Topics mentioned above
Between departments: very bad
In same team: quite ok
Management: pending
Not known if it was better years before but customers notice troubles
Depends on department. Teams in permanent contact with customers are always under pressure. Leisure time is very rare. Suffering from bad quality
No transparency
Top qualification does not necessarily mean high salary
Collecting paper and non paper waste
Between departments: very bad
In same team: quite ok
Ok
Management: not clear if they ever talk to each other
Head: depending if expert in his field (than good) , otherwise forget
Teamlead: in the same boat, so very helpful
It depends. Shining like a star is not possible though long working days and dependency on other teams
Not clear which strategy they have in mind. Communication is slow and not always trustable
No transparency. It seems hidden male fellow society
Should be but with all troubles you are not really able to expand your knowledge
So verdient kununu Geld.
