The negative and unpleasant working atmosphere, old fashioned mindset and authoritarian type of leadership. Regret to have left my previous employer for this one.

Very poor, the older colleagues are not really interested in sharing the knowledge and experience with the newcomers. You have to beg for any information or for help.

Work-Life-Balance
Too much work for too few team members, but the weekends are free, you have to be happy with that. All in contracs are common and many hours of overtime are expected.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very unprofessional. Sarcasm, cynisism, disrespectful behaviour, questions are not answered, information is not provided and the tasks are not clearly distributed, the team has to do it itself and to be able to read the manager‘s thoughts. They call it self dependent working but in reality it’s just pure chaos and lack of leadership.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The headoffice is very well situated. Homeoffice and flexible working hours are great but actually standard in many other companies, so it is not really something why you should work for RBI.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is not bad but the working atmosphere, the workload and the management are not worth it at all.
