The company makes sudden decision. They do not think long term strategies. Harmful for employees. People are very scared. Nobody wants to say opinion because you get punushment.
They fire people even after one month because suddenly they make new decision. It is no trust in them. Soon only old fashioned people will stay with them.
Employees working here for long do not let ideas come inside. They just do not want to hear anything. New employees become tired of fighting for their ideas. Useless.
There are yes, but they will change everything always so nothing is finished.
Only man in management. No more words need here.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
They fired people even at age 64. Many people who were above 60.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
There is nothing clear, HR is talking to people like they are stupid. No support to understand the Gehalt system or anything else.
They use a system for looking at your hours every day, people will not look at delivery, only hours spent on your seat.
Very bad image, and hard to defend the company when they even have negative media - firing people above 60, taking people out of building, not caring about employees.
- Start to trust people, allow ideas to come in. Stop measure the people on hours. Stop old fashioned brains to destroy companys future.
Employees do not matter. People are punished for their opinions. They created a scare company. It will be harming for the future.
