There are calls where the respective Manager (CEO, direct board member, B-1, crisis team incl. company doctor, others) are talking to the employees and you can put questions.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
very international company and people are eager to work together. the four stars because you will always have people with their own agenda. I think you will never the able to prevent.
Work-Life-Balance
I reduced the number of stars as it was a challenge during the pandemic and because of some other cases to manage your day-to-day schedule. I think it is the other side of the coin based on interesting topics/well paid.
