The Onboarding is a fun and nice way to connect with other new joiners. I like the diversity and open ear culture. Raiffeisen is a traditional Austrian company, that is a brand of its own.
Workwise, it is interesting and you are able to work independently. Work and life balance is also satisfactory.
The flexible working time and home office makes it a nice addition.
