People are very demotivated.
Kommunikation
Most of managers do not communicate clearly and in a transparent way. Most of the things are decided behind the courtains. There are of course exceptions and great role models as well.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are very nice, even though always more are frustrated and unhappy of the situation.
Work-Life-Balance
Cost cutting and new projects led to a situation where the workload is increasing and increasing. The work-life balance deteriorated significantly in many areas of the bank.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Decisions are often not transparent. Mitarbeiters are just a number.
Interessante Aufgaben
Topics were really interesting, but there was simply no time to dedicate to that, lost in burocracy and in agile set ups.
Gleichberechtigung
Women and foreigners in general have little chance to progress. There are only a few exceptions, just check B-1 and B-2 levels.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
All colleagues are great and easy-going.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Depends. In some areas I have heard there is no fixed place to save budget but the interiors should be more modern. In other parts offices would need to be renovated.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Good salaries are for Austrians and older employees (now may be different). For new employees may be hard to get a good one.

Company is healthy and has a good image, outside. Inside is getting worse and worse.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No chance, see points above. There is no career plan / development.
