Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Probably only the fact that we have a job. Which is a shame for RBI! If people do not care about their jobs, good luck with building RBI 2025!

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Bad middle managers. Horrible and toxic work atmosphere. Zero empowerment. HR being the least employee centric. Stupid processes. Sluggish employees who never worked anywhere else.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Be more attentive and listen to people who have experience from somewhere else.
Get rid of toxic and narcissistic managers especially middle managers (B-2s).
Stop talking about the Leadedship, show the people who actually worked! This is such an old mindset.
Also, be more employee centric. All your “processes” are about yourself! You asked me about the death certificate of my father because I left for a funeral!!!! You asked me in a rude way, within 2 days of the funeral and not even saying sorry for my loss!!!! You are only about yourself and your processes. Zero care about people!

Arbeitsatmosphäre

People do not appreciate external views or someone who has worked in other places before. For the core RBI people, you are a threat if you have seen another company before. They will drive you crazy with their constant fight against change.

Kommunikation

Especially the middle management (so called B-2s) are the worst in communication. They think that information is oil and they need to keep it to survive.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Only the people who worked anywhere else will collaborate. Core RBI people see you as threat. Especially, the managers who spent here almost two decades. They are the killers of the organization.

Work-Life-Balance

They say home if possible and then they make you come in every day for no reason. There is no trust from the dinosaur managers who do not know how to empower people so they just want to see you in person all the time.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

They throw you under the bus immediately. No one will ever protect you. Zero leadership skills especially in the core RBI management. They only care about their image.

Gleichberechtigung

They are so rude, especially the old fashioned Austrian managers. They do not consider people who do not speak German. In fact, they add it to every job advertisement so they can ensure that no one with more diversity can apply. They are discriminating against non-German speakers.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

They try to find a way to keep them and always protect them even when some of them are in the way of transformation. Good luck with your transformation!

Arbeitsbedingungen

No places for people to get together after work, no cool places like a cafe or rooftop event or anything like that.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

They do not care about diversity and inclusion. They only focus on women and nothing else!

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Zero transparency of salaries and also when to expect any increase etc.

Heard about Russia? The management literally allowed not to diversify the portfolio and source of income. Smart choices - not!

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Our manager literally told us that we can forget any advancement because he is the manager and that’s it. No other opportunities ever!!
