Swap the c level and some managers. The product is top. The colleagues too.
Stop being so fake and just throwing people out.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In the monkey cage (r2o), people just point their fingers at you. The c-level does not stand behind you, but points the finger at all employees. They take pleasure when you fail. They take pleasure in the fact that you fail. Then you are simply kicked out because you are so easily replaceable. There are plenty of other stupid monkeys who can do your job better.
Kommunikation
In general, nobody talks to employees from the higher levels. CLEVEL is superhuman, disrespectful and sneaky. The manager just snaps at you. Constructive communication is only possible with your colleagues. HR is aware of everything and when it comes to configuration they just say everything is getting better, how can we help? Hello c level exchange especially the lady in the group!!!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
That is the best thing about the company. Although the manager there is not your colleague but should be treated with caution.
Work-Life-Balance
You have so much pressure and work from all sides. You can't sleep, eat or relax because it's all too much. But nobody sees that from c Level
