An extremely pleasant experience - one of the best recruiting process so far!

The interview process was extremely pleasant. It was an open discussion that pinpointed the candidate's profile through personality, behavioural and technical questions that were masked within the conversation. The discussion had a very natural flow and you as a candidate feel a connection with the interviewers which makes the atmosphere very open and pleasant. I was also able to easily evaluate the kind of working climate one will encounter if he chooses to work for this company.
In opposite to a stiff question-answer session, I must say this was a great experience as it takes great professionalism and experience to be able to conduct such an interview.
I have also received a fair amount of information about the role, the responsibilities, also about the way the department is organised and interactions that I would need to have in this position.
The HR is extremely helpful and the following steps after the interview happened very fast. I was extremely impressed by the whole process.
Unfortunately, I had to decide for a different offer that, in my mind, will point me more in the direction of my career goals. But it was definitely a very hard decision to make and at the moment, I can only hope that it was the right one.
As a conclusion, this would have definitely been a great place to work!
