Unbelievably dirty workplaces, because the company need to save money and do not hire an internal cleaning staff.
Ergonomic is something coming from other planets.

Might be just personal, but in general salaries are not that good compared to the market, and there is a clear disproportionate level between role and salary, more over there are no such mechanisms for salary review based on seniority or performance.
