Nice colleagues (mostly), international and welcoming environment

Was ok within the team. However, management communication wasn't transparent, and also the management didn't have communication capabilities. I believe with the changes in management this has changed

Understanding and flexible, but depends a lot on you team/supervisor

Yes, when the International Office has influence. However, a lot of hurdles to implement certain things due to complex organizational structure

Not many changes to move up, and a lot of questioning/blocking from HR operations when it comes to promotions, increases or development, even when the manager is in favor
