Suggestions for improvement
Reduce gossip and “kindergarten” dynamics in the office: set clear expectations for respectful behavior and address toxic behavior early (also from leadership).
Make recognition and praise fair and predictable: explain what people get recognized for, so it doesn’t create jealousy or constant complaining.
Encourage direct, honest feedback: if someone has an issue, it should be discussed with the person directly, not behind their back.
Strengthen trust across teams: align departments more often so people don’t feel treated differently or left out.
Protect the team culture: the direct team spirit is a huge strength, keep supporting it and don’t let negative office politics ruin it.
Working atmosphere
It depends on who’s in the office. It’s become clear that some colleagues have very “sharp ears” and weigh every little thing. People who have fun together and genuinely get along are heavily envied. There’s constant complaining about why some employees get praised, why other departments are supposedly disadvantaged, and so on. Overall, it just feels very childish — almost like kindergarten.
Collegiality
It’s a bit more complicated. Within the immediate team: yes, definitely. They’re honestly the only, truly the only, reason I’m still with the company. I’ve rarely come across people who are that talented and genuinely beautiful as human beings (on the inside).
But with some other colleagues, you might think they’re really close with you, and then you realize they’re two-faced.
Communication
If you think senior management in this company is transparent, that’s unfortunately not the case. Whatever gets discussed in a meeting often becomes irrelevant the moment the meeting ends. It can happen that decisions made there are already overturned shortly after, or the same topics are discussed differently with other colleagues and then you’re expected to implement that instead.
And if you expect fairness, that’s also a misconception. The only thing that seems to matter is what benefits the company and that clearly comes before what’s best for the employee.

What I like about the employer
Das Vertrauen, das in jede:n Mitarbeiter:in gesteckt wird ist große Klasse. Daher muss ich mir nicht Gedanken darüber machen, wann ich am Laptop sitze und wann nicht und wann ich im Büro bin. Ich kann einfach arbeiten und komme sowieso gerne ins Büro, weil Wert auf die Ausstattung und das Zusammenarbeiten gelegt wird.

Gibt nichts was ich schlecht finde.
Working atmosphere
Wahnsinnig tolles Büro direkt beim Linzer HBF. Rooftop Bar inkl. Video-Wall, Playstation, Wuzzltisch, Tischtennis, E-Gitarre, etc etc etc.

Jeder wird nur gutes über Storyclash erzählen. Der Zusammenhalt ist großartig und jeder kommt gerne ins Büro.
Work-Life Balance
Niemand nervt einen mit mühsamen Home-Office Policies, keiner kontrolliert den anderen. Solange du dahinter bist, dir deine Performance und die des Teams wichtig ist, kannst du quasi arbeiten wie und wo du willst in Abstimmung mit deinem Team. Das hilft einfach, um an schwierigen Tagen auch einfach mal abzuschalten und weniger zu machen, wenn notwendig.
Salary/Benefits
Bin zufrieden mit meinem Gehalt. War am Anfang nicht so, habe mich aber mit der Zeit hochgearbeitet und es war's wert.
Collegiality
Kann mich immer auf mein Team und auch auf andere Teams verlassen, wenn ich etwas brauche.
Leadership behavior
Kommunikation mit direktem Team Lead ist super. Dieser setzt sich für die Interessen des Teams ein und versucht eine Balance zu finden aus Unternehmens- und Team-Interessen. Funktioniert sehr gut. Ich kann über alles mit meinem Team Lead sprechen.
Verhalten des Top Managements ist auch hervorragend. Dinge werden transparent kommuniziert. Top Management nimmt sich auch die Zeit für persönliche Gespräche, sollte man etwas auf dem Herzen haben.
Working conditions
Top Arbeitsbedingungen. Hätte so ein Büro sonst noch nicht gesehen. Eine Mischung aus Büro und Wohnzimmer. Ich komme auch oft mit meinen Freunden am Wochenende her, um zu feiern oder Spiele zu spielen.
Communication
Super freundliches und liebes Team. Alle verstehen sich wirklich Top und ich konnte viele Freundschaften knüpfen. Spannend ist auch, dass auch zwischen den Departments viel getratscht und gefeiert wird und es da keine Trennung gibt.
Interesting tasks
Kann mich eigentlich ständig weiterentwickeln und mein Arbeitsbereich macht sehr viel Spaß, auch wenn es anstrengend ist.

Kein Overload an Arbeit. Die Zeit wird nie zu 100% verplant, dadurch bleibt genug Zeit und Raum für Entfaltung, denn wie die Dinge erledigt werden ist einem meist selbst überlassen.
