Unfortunately management offers poor communication & general management skills. Additionally the salary scheme was very out of touch and did not meet salary standards.

They should hire a management consultant to help with proper procedures and standards for managing the company and their employees.

The atmosphere was often very tense and confrontational, lacking a solution oriented mindset. Management created a lot of unnecessary stress by treating every task as an emergency.

I was expected to be on call 24/7, however this was never reflected on my salary.
Gehalt/Benefits
The company offers no additional benefits to salary. I only received 12 payments a year, opposed to the standard 14 payments. There was no transparency in the salary scheme. I was paid below the minimum for similar jobs in other companies.

Their lack of management skills is characterized by two things: 1) approaching a problem by blaming and accusing their employees with very little room to reflect on their own shortcomings and 2) attempting to find quick solutions instead of understanding the problem at hand.

More than half the time I worked there I had to use my own laptop for work. Additionally I was the emergency contact for anything happening in and outside of office hours for which they did not supply a phone, I also had to use my own.

Management often used blame and accusation as their primary response to problem solving. Their communication style is often unprofessional and emotion driven rather than factual, creating a difficult atmosphere for employees.

I worked at SuperCycle full time (40 hours) for many years. While I was being constantly told by management that my workload and salary were fair even though I insisted that the workload was too much, once I had left they reevaluated the working hours for this position and hired multiple people to cover up to approximately 60 hours for the same tasks.
