Nationally and internationally in the field SYNYO is seen as very reliable partner due to the great results and communication with all partners. As seen from some "unhappy" reviews here some former employees did not enjoy their experience at SYNYO and my impression on this is that it relates to their own inability to timely handle and communicate with the colleagues regarding the problems they have encountered.

As it is with any work place there are some stressful times when work-life balance can suffer a bit. In general if you organize well your tasks and meet the deadlines there should be no issues.
