Unsuitable atmosphere for working. Employees are not really trusted nor acknowledged.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Start facing reality and make changes that have not been done for years. But to be completely honest i dont see any of this ever happening here. Thus I can only hope that very few people fall into the trap.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Not a easy atmosphere. many people leaving company. some departments have lost almost all employees over last 1-2 years. positions not filled up again and work load is distributed on remaining people.

Home office is in principal possible like once or twice a month, but employees are not trusted to have on monday or friday. High time efforts in company and all-in contract.

I did not have any external trainings at all. Very few useful internal trainings.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is paid punctually but the amount is not in relation to the hours spend and work load. All-IN contract !!!

No really green topics that worked on.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Very good within some departments. but not easy between departments. Instead of working on solutions for problems, some work on guiltyness.

Yelling, too less communication. Inadequate human behaviour. Targets partially unreachable
Arbeitsbedingungen
Not renovated or insulated buildings with not closing metal windows freezing cold 16 degrees in winter and sauna 35 degrees in summer. Known for years already but no changes and due to energy prices even worse by now. Heating reduced and shut down over weekend. Noisy large scale offices, Old IT infrastructure and equipment, lost server connections, no wireless etc.
Kommunikation
Too less communication from management and direct bosses. Even relevant information on projects will not be passed on or too late, It happened even twice that a colleague worked on same topic/ technology.
Gleichberechtigung
I have no insight here. Equal pay day was just a few days ago for Austria (women work almost 2 month for 0), so this for sure not different for this company.
Interessante Aufgaben
Work load in general too high. No influence on the topics worked on. Even after discussing my work overload, no changes were made. This is no single case. Some people are moved between departments without taking into account their knowledge or preferences.
