There is this udemy which has courses in it that you can do in your free time, but that's about it.
Higher positions in the company are usually assigned to people with proven knowledge in that area, meaning specifically hired ones. There isn't much opportunity for advancement.
Although one can learn a lot from the employees there, so it's a good job to see and learn something new.
