Management and team work hand-in-hand. Trayport provides ergonomic Home-Office-Equipment, and the office has a great atmosphere, standing desks and huge panorama windows.
Flexible working time arrangement and home-office leave lots of flexibility for personal life.

There has been mixed feedback after the transition from Visotech to Trayport. Mostly starting with: "In the good old times when ..."
Many new employees however are excited about the possibilities and tasks in this company.

Work-Life-Balance

The amount of tasks and motivation can lead to sometimes taking work home, thinking about IT issues you had at work.

While it is easy to ask for a day off, one might find itself still thinking about ways to solve an IT issue encountered at work after arriving home.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Many technologies to learn, and possibilities to switch teams to gain more experience. Definitely a good way to further a career

Gehalt/Benefits

Good pay with flexitime arrangement and paid lunch break. Really rare and make a great different when you come home earlier by that time.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Great office in Europlaza, with quiet areas, phone booths and many meeting rooms. Officially there are no fixed places, but in practice people have their favourite desks picked out.

Atmosphere is comparable to a library, as I liked to study in libraries, I also enjoy working in this environment.

Standing desks for everyone are a great advantage as well.

Kommunikation

Very friendly style of communication among colleagues.

There are some points which can be improved considering top-down communication, or (online) meetings with too many participants.

Interessante Aufgaben

Absolutely, being part of the energy transition is a great motivational factor for all of us, and tackling them by solving complex IT and AI issues keeps us learning.
