The colleagues are great and there is a good atmosphere at work. A good place to start your career but if you wanna make a serious wage you have to leave after some years.

The worst part about Tricentis is the pay. It is far below industry standard. I think a lot of the younger colleagues are still with Tricentis because they don't know what they could be making in other places. Also the pay is very different across geographical regions.
