Work-Life-Balance
They expect you to work extra hours to help with the crazy amount of support tickets (their products do not work) instead of just hiring more people. Total toxic American mentality.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No opportunities at all. They are given to all Americans that are friends with the bosses.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
They get rid of all people as soon as they are no longer "productive" which means they do not longer put off with the "get things done... even if you work 12 hours a day" mentality
