Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Interesting tasks and products. Tricentis gave me some of the best and most rewarding challenges to solve in my career so far. I’ve learned a lot and boosted my personal development. I’m truly thankful for that. If you like to learn new things, there’s always an opportunity. One of my highlights is our annual hackathon where many great ideas were born in the past. It is always a great opportunity to break out from your daily routine and connect/work with new people. At Tricenits, I truly have the feeling of working on something meaningful and that my work and my ideas are being valued. The atmosphere within my team is great and supportive. I always find an open ear and I don’t need to be afraid of asking “stupid” questions. Our new manager is amazingly structured, experienced and trustworthy. It feels like we’re on par and I can address all my concerns without restraint. We are working with the most recent state-of-the-art tools and I don’t feel constrained by working equipment at all. In addition to that, I’d like to mention the free ticket for public transport, which is a great plus for me.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The priorities have been changing several times in the past and to me it wasn’t always clear why. At times it felt a bit hectic without knowing where we are heading towards and it was not clearly communicated what our strategy is. Sometimes you have to accept making compromises because there is not enough time for the better solution nor further research. Cross team alignment and communication have been an issue in the past, but with recently established, much required processes, I see things going in the right direction.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

I think there is room for improvement when it comes to immediate and transparent communication on top level. Besides surveys and Slack channels, not enough actively reaching out to employees and ask for their needs. I’d also welcome spreading a bit more the feeling of stability and safety during uncertain times.
