The company is based on a principle of stagnation and no value recognition. Any extra effort is implement with more tasks and no appraise. One can go several years with exceeding the expectation and meeting every single goal without getting a promotion. Personally known a guy who was stuck at the same level being a junior engineer for eight years.

Company has a flash image from the outside but from the inside everyone knows that the processes are not aligned there is miscommunication all the time and no one is really proud to speak out about what the product is and what the company stands for

Further education is definitely not encouraged while I was trying to study during my work I was heavily discouraged and couldn’t even attend my graduation party as the HR simply rejected it with the words that this is not relevant

Salary was way below the industry average and the current company I went to for the same position offered me 40% more
Regarding the benefits there is no bonus on the year to the year basis and trying to fulfil yearly goals, Results into nice words instead of appraisal.
