With a small exception the co-workers act like they are "the smartest people in the world". The office stinks on cooked garlic and sweat. People are going without shoes everywhere and the hygiene is not at the high priority apparently.
Kommunikation
The Team leads don't like to hear from the others any opinions but only their way is the proper way. On code reviews - couple of people are always commenting - the IMHO the Indent is not properly set, even though the whole functionality might be wrong if the indent is proper - they will most probably approve it :D. Not a nice place to be imho.... :D
Kollegenzusammenhalt
If the people were without any special title - they were ok to work with, as soon as they start to climb the management latter - their ego was starting to grow so they are avoiding the regular "mortals" even on the streets. Getting a "good morning" or "happy new year" greetings from these people on the first working day after 1. January is not a thing that you will hear here.
Work-Life-Balance
Apparently lately people work from home often. Table football was part of the free activities.

They live in their dreams, acting like a cool man who knows everything. Part of this is described above in Kollegenzusammenhalt. They act like Gods
Interessante Aufgaben
Refactoring of the old hardcoded work. Not a lot of really special things. The story of the company is - we have a lot of active user sessions, but it all works due to the caching of the data. without that - it is just a slow software.
Gleichberechtigung
Not everyone is equal. the developers are not treated as people, just a gun meat.

Old building, not really clean place, stinks a bit but the Gods of Wikifolio love it...
