I really hope that they will listen to their employees in the future. The success of one can not be worth more than the psychological wellbeing of many.

Certain individuals show narcissistic and extreme toxic behavior. This has been pointed out to HR multiple times by multiple people but the team was left completely alone with it. They even promoted said leader multiple times even after the complains.

Micromanagement, non constructive feedbacks and straight up belittlement by your leader leads to a very unhealthy enviorment.
