Capgemini Invent Switzerland is an excellent place to develop professionally and personally. The high energy, strong team spirit, and positive atmosphere make it a dynamic and rewarding workplace. The company has a start-up feel with a can-do mentality, and the fact that it is growing steadily provides great career opportunities. Additionally, since it is a relatively small company (100+ employees), almost everyone knows each other, which fosters a strong sense of belonging and collaboration.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
As the company grows, further refining HR processes to match the standards of a large corporate while maintaining flexibility would be beneficial. However, given the company’s adaptability, these aspects already function good enough and will improve naturally over time.
Regarding some of the negative reviews on Kununu, I believe they come from employees who were asked to leave due to underperformance and/or a mismatch with the company culture. Since those individuals have left, the culture has significantly improved, and the team spirit has become even stronger.

Good office setup, especially with the new Zurich office. Some HR processes could be improved, but knowing they are working hard to improve on that and it is still functioning very well.
