This was a company filled with people which deeply cared for the brand and the products. The drastic and draconic leadership has destroyed all of it. Nobody cares and that's all thanks to his behaviour. The management is one micromanaging guy, the rest do not dare to disagree with him. Expertise is worth nothing.
