Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
First off all: If you join Deloitte, then most of the fees you generate will either go to partners or to backoffice employees, such as those who, following a chain of mixed reviews, will write down an overly positive feedback here.
Deloitte has many practices and much will depend on your team and the market you operate in. As is well known, Deloitte is stronger in advisory related businnesses (incl. consulting) than in audit (Swiss audit being at the lowest end).
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
After 5 years with Deloitte I could write a satiric novel about politics, the dicrepancy between communicated and "really lived" values, and our random promotion process.
