Especially when wart of Internal Client Services, career development opportunities are basically inexistent. I got promoted once while I was there, but my tasks/responsibilities didn't change at all. I brought up the topic with my manager several times, but was never given the opportunity to grow
Gehalt/Benefits
very bad salary compared to the market. You work a lot, but you don't get much for it. No bonus back when I was there (I think they changed that in the meantime though). Not really any great benefits
