Arbeitsatmosphäre
Generally speaking, the atmosphere is great. Managers and Partners value you as a professional and a human being. Trust is generally high.
Kommunikation
Communication is good all in all. You can approach senior people and they'll make time for you. There are some recurring touchpoints within each team to meet formally and informally.
Sometimes our Partners tend to forget how certain messages sound to juniors. But that's somewhat understandable (except that one time when a Partner wanted to source a communications team out of the business).
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Fantastic! My colleagues became my friends very quickly, we hang out, some people also go on holidays together. There is a lot of team spirit in the firm!
Work-Life-Balance
Tricky. It's consulting. So don't expect to do 9-5. You can't really compensate overtime, which is a big (-). But on the other hand nobody looks at you weirdly if you leave the office in the afternoon, don't come in at all (of course if the current project allows for that freedom). The firm expects a lot of dedication but it gives you the freedom if you take it (e.g. you won't have to do facetime, you won't have to spend all day in the office if you have some external appointment, you can work from pretty much wherever you want).
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Most Managers, Partners and all other colleagues are understanding and value you as a human being. Of course there are exceptions but once you know who that is, you can avoid them 99% of the time.
Interessante Aufgaben
Various tasks, almost no day looks like the day before. It's consulting after all.
Gleichberechtigung
Haven't seen any discrimination against women, homosexuals, other groups. There are less women in executive positions but that's mostly not the firm's fault. Given we live in a society that doesn't really promote stay home dads, what do we expect?
Arbeitsbedingungen
Sometimes IT is a bit frustrating but generally speaking, the firm is doing everything it can to give you a work environment in which you can perform all your tasks.
