Internship in HR Payroll Compliance

Tasks

We offer you the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge you’ve gained during your studies during your internship. You’ll gain experience in the various areas of our HR Payroll department.

• Gaining practical skills with a focus on implementing and coordinating global compliance processes
• Supporting processes and improving our documentation and guidelines
• Aquire insights into compliance audits, for example in the area of international employee assignments, as well as into our internal control system
• Assisting with the practical application of laws and regulations, such as (international) income tax law and/or (cross-border) social security law
• Participating in tax audits

Requirements

To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship.

• Enrollment is required for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and written proof of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
• Initial experience in project management
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Reliability, precision, and teamwork skills
• Confident demeanor, clear communication skills, and problem-solving ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to apply existing skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) under professional guidance
