Your creative freedom
In this key position, you will be responsible for the overall operation and development of our cloud managed services in Switzerland. You ensure a high quality of service, optimize operational processes and actively shape the cloud transformation of our customers.
Strategy & portfolio
- You implement the global cloud managed services strategy in the Swiss market
- You are continuously developing our service portfolio (public, private, hybrid, AI, SAP, Oracle, hyperscaler)
- You ensure scalability, standardization and sustainability of our services
Management & organization
- You take on the disciplinary leadership of our cloud managed services organization
- You are responsible for the professional development of operating models, standards and governance
- You manage international delivery teams in close cooperation with near/offshore units
- You strategically develop our teams
- You are responsible for budget, resource and capacity planning
Delivery & operation
- You ensure the stable, secure and efficient operation of our cloud services
- You are responsible for SLA compliance and service quality
- You manage incident, problem and change management
- You continuously optimize processes, automation and efficiency (e.g. FinOps, AIOps)
- You control the economic performance of the service company
Governance & Compliance
- You define and are responsible for service governance and operational guidelines
- You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- You work closely with security and compliance units
Customers & Collaboration
- You support sales and customer service teams with managed services deals and transformations
- You are the central point of contact for operational and delivery issues
- You manage escalations at management level
That's why you fit in with us
Technical requirements
- Completed degree (e.g. computer science or comparable)
- Several years of experience in managed services or cloud operations environments
- Many years of management experience (min. 10 years) in complex delivery organizations
- Profound knowledge of hyperscaler technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience in IT service management, cloud governance, and FinOps
- Knowledge of the Swiss market is an advantage

- Excellent leadership and communication skills in Swiss German and English
