Job Description
Would you like to work on high-tech production equipment instead of carrying out the same installations day after day? In this role, you will test and optimise complex production systems while ensuring their reliable operation. You will work with technologies in the fields of vacuum, control and high-voltage engineering, analyse technical issues and support the commissioning of new equipment. Together with Engineering, Development and Manufacturing, you will help implement effective technical solutions.
What you will be doing
- Test production equipment: perform functional testing on production systems and ensure reliable operation
- Analyse and resolve faults: systematically identify issues, determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Support new equipment projects: contribute to installation, commissioning and optimisation activities using your electrical expertise
- Develop technical solutions: work with Engineering, Development and Manufacturing to solve technical challenges and improve system performance
What you should bring
- Technical background: completed vocational training as an Automation Technician, Electrical Installer, or an equivalent technical profession
- Electrical engineering knowledge: You are familiar with electrical systems, take a structured approach to troubleshooting, and have already performed high-voltage tests
- Industrial experience is an advantage: knowledge of control systems, vacuum technology or high-voltage technology is beneficial
- Independent working style: hands-on, responsible and reliable, with a focus on quality and precision
- Basic IT and language skills: confident using MS Office and able to communicate in German and basic English
