We are looking for a Head of Global Sales (m/f/d) to lead our global sales organization and drive revenue growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a global sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Represent Hexagon Geosystems at industry events and conferences
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the technology or geospatial industry
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
