Job Title: Business & Technology Integration - Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert
Mandatory Skills:
• Proven hands-on experience implementing Logik CPQ (at least 1-2 years)
• Product Catalog configuration and Product Modeling
• Configuration of complex products, bundles and commercial offers
• Configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies and pricing logic
• Experience integrating Logik CPQ using Logik Open APIs (REST APIs)
• Experience troubleshooting Logik CPQ integrations
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery teams (including experience in features refinement into user stories)
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
• ServiceNow Sales & Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT)
• ServiceNow Product Catalog Management
• Quote-to-Order and Order Management processes
• Telecommunications industry experience/Telecommunications product catalog management
• Experience integrating Logik CPQ with ServiceNow
Certifications - Mandatory:
ServiceNow CSA
ServiceNow CAD
Certifications - Preferred:
SOMT Accreditation
ServiceNow CIS certifications (or other relevant ServiceNow implementation certification)
• Language skills: English (C1)
• Work location: Bern - Switzerland, 100% remote work from Switzerland
