Salesperson (Danish speaking)
We are expanding our team of sales agents, and are looking for people passionate about Sales, Holiday travels and Service. At our Customer Service Center, we do our upmost to help our customers to fulfill their holiday dreams, and we are now looking for Danish speaking salesperson to join our team. In this role, you need to be speaking Danish and be fluent in English, both verbal and written. It is important that you are flexible with a positive attitude, focusing on solutions rather than problems. We work with several different systems, so you need to be comfortable working on a computer, communicating with our customers via phone and chat.

ABOUT THE JOB
Your daily tasks will be:
Working efficiently towards achieving sales targets and other goals
Provide international premium service to our customers ensuring they have a great experience
Upsell and offer additional TUI products to improve their holiday
Deliver high-quality service via phone, chat and social media
Ensure excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction
Answering & solving customer questions and issues in a timely and helpful way
Handling changes and modifications to bookings
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in sales, customer service or similar role
Finished high school or equivalent
Passionate about sales and motivated to achieve targets
Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal
Friendly, outgoing and customer focused
Good problem-solving skills
Fluency in other languages (especially German or Dutch) is a plus
Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus but not a must
Background in handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat is a strong plus
