Die Direktion «Group Technology Services» stellt eine zentrale AI Basisplattform bereit, auf der Teams der Migros-Gruppe sichere und skalierbare AI Anwendungen entwickeln und betreiben. Du gestaltest die technische Grundlage dafür, von Cloud und Kubernetes Infrastruktur über Automatisierung bis zu Security und Observability. Mit dem Team machst du AI-Services zuverlässig und einfach nutzbar.

Du entwickelst und betreibst die Cloud Infrastruktur unserer AI Basisplattform auf Azure und Google Cloud

Du integrierst zentrale AI-Services und stellst sie über einheitliche, sichere Schnittstellen bereit

Du entwickelst und betreibst Kubernetes-basierte Plattformkomponenten und Services

Du automatisierst Infrastruktur, Deployments und Betriebsprozesse mit Infrastructure as Code und CI/CD

Du stellst Security, Zugriffsmanagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Monitoring und Kostentransparenz sicher

Du verbesserst die Plattform kontinuierlich und unterstützt Teams mit Standards, Self-Service und technischem Know-how

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

•im Bereich Cloud-/Platform Engineering, DevOps oder Site Reliability Engineering; idealerweise mit geschäftskritischen Plattform- oder API-Services

Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)

in Informatik, Software Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

German (Fluent)

English (Very good knowledge)

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Cloud, DevOps oder Site-Reliability-Engineering, idealerweise mit Azure oder Google Cloud

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Containern, Infrastructure as Code und CI/CD

Gute Software Engineering Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise in Python, sowie Erfahrung mit APIs und automatisierten Tests

Erfahrung mit Security, IAM, Networking, Observability und dem Betrieb produktiver Plattformen

Ein ausgeprägtes Platform Engineering Mindset und Freude an Automatisierung, Standardisierung und Zusammenarbeit

Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Technologien ein und bist bereit, bei veränderten Anforderungen pragmatisch umzudenken

Interview with HR & specialist department

The interview is conducted virtually or on-site with the relevant person from HR and/or the specialist department. The main aim is to learn more about the personal and specialist skills of the candidate while giving both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit, both in the company as a whole and within the team.

Technical interview

In a technical interview, specific knowledge relevant to the performance of the job is examined by the line manager and/or another specialist and, if necessary, by the team. Whenever possible, time is then allocated for the candidate to get to know the workplace and team better by means of open discussion.

Offer & issuance of the contract (digital)

Once our oral job offer has been issued, the key contractual points are checked once again. Once an agreement has been reached, the issuance of the contract is commissioned and sent by e-mail for digital signature.
