Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
Setting up and overseeing highly complex milled components, as well as independently implementing process-relevant modifications.
Continuous optimization of milling processes in close collaboration with the internal CAM programming team.
Demanding manufacturing on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 control systems.
Loading and prioritizing prototype, single, and small batch parts utilizing the latest robot technology.
Full responsibility for the accuracy of the components, as well as monitoring the complete production workflow.
Coordination of the entire process, from material ordering to the quality control of the workpieces.
Ensuring the optimal utilization of machine runtimes through operation in a regulated 2-shift system.
Your profile
Successfully completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification.
Initial experience in the independent operation of 5-axis machines.
Initial knowledge of Heidenhain control systems, whereby specific experience with the TNC640 version represents a major advantage.
Strong quality awareness coupled with a highly independent, systematic, and precise working methodology.
Fluent German language skills for everyday work; additional English language skills are an advantage.
