We are looking for a visionary and experienced leader to join our team as the Head of Reality Capture Software. In this role, you will lead the development and innovation of our reality capture software portfolio, driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of cutting-edge solutions that empower our customers to make smarter decisions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and inspire a global team of software engineers, product managers, and architects to deliver world-class reality capture software solutions.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for our reality capture software portfolio, aligning with Hexagon's overall vision and market trends.
• Drive innovation in areas such as 3D point cloud processing, photogrammetry, SLAM, and sensor integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Hexagon to ensure seamless integration of software with hardware and services.
• Foster a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous improvement within the software organization.
• Engage with key customers and partners to understand market needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure successful product delivery.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within software development, preferably in the geospatial, surveying, or reality capture industry.
• Strong technical background in software architecture, development, and deployment, with experience in C++, Python, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of reality capture technologies, including LiDAR, photogrammetry, and 3D data processing.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
