Für einen regional verankerten Rocken Partner suchen wir eine zuverlässige Person, die IT-Systeme in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen betreut.

Aufgaben:

Betreuung und Überwachung der IT-Systeme bei Kunden
Durchführung von Wartungen, Updates und Backups
Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung im Tagesbetrieb
Unterstützung bei Migrationen und Systemerweiterungen

Qualifikationen:

Erfahrung mit Windows-Umgebungen und Microsoft-Diensten
Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und Virtualisierung
Kundenorientierte Denkweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau

Tech Stack: Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V/VMware, Netzwerkkomponenten
