If you've got an EU or UK passport, you're willing to relocate for the summer season, and you speak English, plus Dutch, French or Polish, then keep reading!

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll be the friendly face of TUI at the airport, warmly welcoming customers and creating special moments from the second they arrive.
• Handling changes and challenges in our busy airport environment, you'll make sure customers' questions are answered throughout their journey.
• Keeping airport operations running smoothly, you'll reliably manage arrivals, departures and transfers - and deliver those all-important see-off speeches on the buses before customers head to their resorts.
• Monitoring customer feedback and service updates, you'll help enhance the customer experience, taking pride in meeting targets, solving problems and delivering exceptional service.
• Proudly representing our company's values and culture, you'll maintain a positive attitude and professionalism to make every guest's airport experience brilliant.

ABOUT YOU

• You're a friendly, empathetic person who naturally connects with people and makes them feel welcome and supported.
• You're dedicated to creating unforgettable customer experiences, going above and beyond from arrival through to departure.
• As a quick learner, you're ready to master the technology and tools needed for the role, embracing new knowledge, feedback and learning about our products and services.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse team, with respect for different cultures - and you're flexible with your schedule, including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts.
• Turning challenges into opportunities whilst staying calm under pressure, you'll proactively identify and resolve issues creatively before they escalate.
• You're fully conversational in English, plus one of the following languages; Dutch, French or Polish.
