Your Team

Our International Private Client & Family Office team advises international private individuals, families and family offices on complex cross-border tax and wealth-planning matters. We combine Swiss expertise with PwC's international network to develop solutions across relocation, investment and holding structures, succession and estate planning, and other international tax matters. In this Director role, you will lead the growth of our practice in French-speaking Switzerland while strengthening our established Turkish Tax Desk and building trusted relationships with clients and key market intermediaries.

Your Impact

  • Build and grow PwC Switzerland's International Private Client & Family Office practice in Romandie, establishing a strong market presence and creating sustainable opportunities for growth.
  • Lead PwC Switzerland's Turkish Tax Desk, advising Turkish private clients, families and family offices on international tax matters and supporting Swiss banks serving Turkish-market clients.
  • Develop trusted relationships with international private clients, families and family offices as well as banks, fiduciaries, lawyers, wealth managers and other key intermediaries across French-speaking Switzerland.
  • Advise international private clients and families on complex cross-border tax and wealth-planning matters, including relocation, asset and investment structures, succession and estate planning.
  • Grow the Turkish-market offering by advising foreign-owned Swiss investment companies and identifying opportunities across PwC Switzerland and the international PwC network.
  • Shape and drive strategic client engagements from origination through delivery, collaborating with specialists across tax, legal and other disciplines while developing the team and strengthening PwC's market position.

Your Skill Set

  • Extensive experience in international private client taxation and cross-border wealth planning, ideally gained in a Big Four firm, with leading tax advisory practice, law firm, family office or comparable environment.
  • Strong track record in business development, excellent leadership, stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to build a market presence and develop trusted relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, family offices and professional intermediaries.
  • Deep technical expertise across international private client matters such as relocation, investment and holding structures, succession and estate planning, combined with a strong understanding of the Swiss tax environment.
  • Established knowledge of the Turkish private client market and Turkish cross-border tax matters, with the credibility and market understanding required to lead and further develop PwC Switzerland's Turkish Tax Desk.
  • Professional fluency in English and Turkish is required
  • Experience working in Turkey and in other international jurisdictions is a strong plus
  • A recognised tax, legal or international tax qualification, such as a Swiss Certified Tax Expert, law degree or LL.M., is a strong advantage.
