Your mission

You ensure that T-Systems Switzerland remains compliant, audit-ready and able to act in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. As an IT Audit Manager (f/m/d), you plan and carry out internal ISAE 3402 audits, coordinate external SOC1/SOX audits and ensure that vulnerabilities are identified, documented and remedied - before they become a problem. As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you are the first point of contact for questions relating to FINMA, DORA and GxP: internally, with customers and during the deal phase. A double role with real impact.

Your creative freedom

• Audit Management: Planning, organizing and carrying out internal ISAE 3402 audits as well as coordinating external SOC1/SOX audits
• Control evaluation: analysis and evaluation of internal controls and processes based on documentation reviews, interviews and testing activities
• Action management: Identification of weak points, tracking of findings and ensuring sustainable implementation up to completion
• Method development: Development of existing audit approaches and establishment of robust standards and best practices
• Regulatory Advisory: Advising internal stakeholders and clients on FINMA, DORA and GxP requirements - both in projects and in offer and deal phases
• Knowledge Management: Moderation of lessons-learned workshops and community boards as well as transfer of relevant findings to the organization
• Strategic development: Active participation and strategic development of SOC1 exams as well as a long-term perspective on taking on professional leadership

That's why you fit in with us

• Study of business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable subject at bachelor's, master's or equivalent level
• Profound experience with IT audits and relevant compliance frameworks such as ISAE 3402, SOC1 and SOX
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Swiss environment, in particular FINMA, DORA and GxP
• CISA, CIA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are an advantage but not a requirement
• Structured, analytical and independent approach even to complex issues
• Business fluency in German as well as very good spoken and written English skills
• You are regularly present in Zollikofen to carry out internal audits and work closely with the teams involved
