Worst workplace ever

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Worst atmosphere. No chat or personal exchange at all. Ever.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Everyone is on a fake-same-level. Everyone knows who the boss is but they take no responsilitiy anymore because in Holocracy there are no bosses...

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Very little exchange or interesst between collegues.

Interessante Aufgaben

Everyone does what they want. As a newbie you get all the bad and unwanted jobs.

Kommunikation

In this company you have to find your own way. No help and very bad communication. Communication happens only over Slack.

Work-Life-Balance

Although Liip tries to send a message of liberal working hours etc. one is still very much controlled if you're not in a very high possition. (which don't exist. haha)

Has a very good image. Because everyone is to scared to say what they think!
