Sehr ausbaufähig. Meetings fallen oft aus oder werden kurzfristig verschoben.

Die Entscheidungen sind oft sehr intransparten. Es gibt kaum Vorgesetze die sich wirklich für ihr Team einsetzen.
Leider gibt es immer wieder Kollegen die sich vor der Arbeit drücken und das auch ohne Konsequenzen. Soweit sind die Aufgaben in der Firma sehr interessant, da man immer mit den neuesten Technologien zu tun hat.
Die Gefühle von Fairness und Vertrauen sind ehr gering. Es gibt sehr oft Arbeitsaufteilung die nicht nachvollziehbar sind.
