Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I was consistently frustrated by management’s lack of integrity. Instead of following proper HR protocols, they seemed more interested in covering up their own failures and shifting blame onto employees. There was little to no effort to align company actions with the values they claim to uphold.

Take responsibility for how you treat your employees and commit to fair, transparent practices. No one deserves to be treated with the lack of respect and decency I experienced on a daily basis. You’re losing valuable talent due to these unethical practices, which will inevitably harm the company’s reputation.
