Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- A lot of responsibility if one is delivering good work and management team likes you
- Exposure to the full range of M&A transactions (from pitch to closing)
- It is possible to connect and network a lot due to the large networks of the management team
- Ability to travel and be part of meetings
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- Poor communication in the office
- Task distribution is questionable and oftentimes unorganized
- Even if you have delivered exactly what has been asked for, there will always be a mark-up or update
- Working hours (even if you are done with your work, you will probably sit in the office until around 9pm on average)
