I admire the companies willingness to listen, make changes and upskill the teams. I like that they work as a team to grow the company.

Company could take a look at up-skilling management. A closer look at salary benefits could be taken into consideration for example offering a annual bonus and/or a fund scheme. Annual leave days could be increased or closure of the Christmas/New year festive period should be looked at. Better benefits for the remote workers as they don't have the luxuries of being in the office.

Good atmosphere even when working remotely, you still feel like you part of the team. There is trust, co-operation and support within the company and the teams.
Kommunikation
Company has monthly updates that are well communicated, however it would be nice to see the data that has lead to certain decisions. Individual team communication could use some work especially around new work development.

Everyone is very supportive and they also respect each other.

Good work-life balance with the occasional overtime of which hours should be given back or paid for.

Always open to ideas and opinions but could use some improvements, maybe a leadership course.

Always something new to learn, however timelines should be looked at as work doesn't happen on weekends and weekends should not be taken into account when it comes to a task.

If older means longer in the company as age doesn't matter, then colleagues who have been there longer could be more respectful and helpful to new comers with a show of support, direction and better communication.

Great office space with all the equipment needed but not the same for remote working employees.
