Arbeitsatmosphäre
I would give 6 stars here, if I could. The company makes sure to hire people with a very similar cultural mindset - that makes working together really enjoyable.

Vorgesetztenverhalten
There's no micromanagement (what I heard was a little different 2 yrs ago) and still enough guidance/mentoring. The management tries to make sure everyone understands the big-pic to being.
Kommunikation
Due to COVID the communication moved more towards virtual communication. I enjoyed being together with the others in the office. However we managed to keep a decent communication level through the provided tools (Google-Meet, Slack, etc.)
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I am happy with my salary, even though I turned down a higher offer. I really like the combination of a fair salary, the impact I can have on the company/the product and the responsibilities I get.
Interessante Aufgaben
The company is working using Rust in production for already 1.5yrs. I am quite excited working with that + we have some cool infrastructure projects :)
