Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Unfortunately nothing comes to my mind.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- You need to take a day off if you have an appointment to the doctor...!!!
- Old style hierarchy
- Unstable business
- Unstable market
- Extremely high turn over (either you leave or you are fired, nobody stays more than 6 months/one year max)

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Flexibility. Be less American, start really caring about your employees.

Work-Life-Balance

Inexistent. Holidays are often not approved, so that you even loose them. You are expected to dial in calls during your time off. They just changed some contracts, but they used to offer 21 days off only! Not family friendly.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Huge ego. Nonsense management.

Interessante Aufgaben

Unstable market and business.

Gleichberechtigung

Nope.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Nope.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Low. They pay commissions after months and months... and if you quit, ‘special rules’ apply..

Image

Pretending to be a good employer, showing off ‘amazing’ team events on social media, but then they fire people on a monthly basis - regardless of how hard they work or deliver. Just like that.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Nope.

Arbeitgeber-Kommentar

Dear Colleague,

We are sorry to hear that your experience is not satisfying.

AEC employees are never fired without warnings and in case someone is let go, the process happens through an evaluation of performance and the decision is discussed with the affected employee. Every full-time employee is entitled to 30 days of vacation, these days cannot be lost and are always compensated in case they do not get approved. We are flexible when it comes to doctor’s appointments and they are never counted as days off.

We are aware that due to an unfortunate human error a few months ago the commission payments were delayed, which was understandably upsetting for everyone, and we apologized. management took the issue very seriously and has since been implementing changes so that a delay will not occur again.

Best regards,

Your HR Team
