The organization provides a commendable level of autonomy in the execution of job responsibilities, which is a positive aspect of the work environment. Additionally, the option for remote work/home office is available in mutual agreement.
The focus in the company is predominantly oriented on survival short term mode which seems to resonates through the entire company and all departments. Communication is poor and gives an uncertain mindset about peoples job security and livelihood.

When the company is in need of something urgent (which is always) there is no work-life balance. There is only work.

Salaries overall are higher than market average. But there is a huge difference between sales and other departments.
Core business isn’t the best with these bad environmental vehicles. However they did take participation in compensation plans for CO2 reduction.
Depending on department. In between equal colleagues in departments it’s good. In between different levels of hierarchy it doesn’t exist.
They follow guidelines and provide. However they don’t ask how it can work individually or if something else/additional is needed.
There is only communication in favour of short term goals. Long term goals are not suggested, followed, supported or coached.
Initially the company has a lot of potential, goals en opportunities to grow and evolve. This was overshadowed by high costs, lay-offs and daily routine thats only focused on short term.

Sexist work environment and very unwelcoming to women. I was there for 5 months, 3 women before me had been there for about the same time. A female trainee left after 15 days in a team of very heavy men. I'd probably have done the same thing at her age. My manager was very tactile, so I had to be very clear to avoid it turning into harassment. The salary was good but the business was questionable. There was a lack of transparency and the problems encountered in my export country were very shady. The sales team was pitted against each other and collaboration was almost non-existent.

Es gibt Unehrlichkeit auf jeder Ebene, allgemeinen Mangel an Respekt und Sexismus. Die Kommunikation hier ist schrecklich, niemand weiß, was das Unternehmen tut, es mangelt an Transparenz auf allen Ebenen und an Anleitung durch die Führung.
I enjoyed the beginning when the company was on a human scale with about 50 employees and we knew what to do or who to activate to solve problems and sell cars while ensuring customers satisfaction. Nowadays employees don't spend time together like even drinking a beer at the end of the day and go home as soon as possible because they are exhausted of the daily negatives feedbacks or fights.
Recruiting staff from Stellantis thinking that it will bring you closer to Stellantis is a mistake. The competing importer has fired all his ex Stellantis staff which allows him to survive and perform better today. The Stellantis staff is a bureaucracy system that should be avoided. It is better to have employees from different backgrounds "thinking outside of the box" and bringing fresh and accessible ideas with simple solutions in relation to the needs of customers.
Recruitment has been poorly done, employees pass their manager's evaluations if they get well together. Unfortunately, when it is time to work and you have a deadline, it is never done and the customers get angry and do not want to hear about AEC anymore because of the lack of solidarity and follow-up of the different tasks / issues coming from the internal departments and they refuse to communicate with clients. It is very sad and frustrating.

Work more for less ! You should sacrifice yourself for the company. And if you dreamed to excellent sales results they will cut you off and said your earn enough !

Managers disregard your goals and increase them. You are then put down, and they put pressure on you. When the target is miraculously met, you are told you can do better and more is asked of you the following month.
When employees decide to come to the office, there are not enough sitting places.
A lot of talk, but nothing concrete. A waste of time. Too many problems too solve and employees like to slow down and make processes which will be forgotten.
It is simple, internal departments are pushing tasks back. You should send a minimum of 10 reminders and follow up each single case yourself to hope having a feedback which is often negative or where they don't know so they don't reply.
HR und Vorgesetzte haben keine Führungserfahrung. HR, Personalabteilung spioniert Mitarbeiter aus um diese zu hintergehen und hinzugehen. Nicht vertrauenswürdig. Alles nur gespielt.
Vorgesetzte sprechen nicht mal deutsch, spielen etwas vor von riesiger Holding Kultur, obwohl es nicht so ist

Vorgesetzte sollten, wenn Sie keine sozialkompetenz besitzten, nicht ein team führen, bzw. rihtig ausgebildet werden.

Sehr negativ; Arbeit von Angestellten wird als eigene verkauft. Vorgesetzte sind (wenn Sie überhaupt im Büro sitzen) nie erreichbar. Ruft der Vorgesetzte dann aber bei einem selbst an und erreicht niemanden (da gerade telefoniert wird) wird umgehend eine E-Mail versendet (Personalabteilung als Mitempfänger) in der geschrieben wird, dass seit Tagen kein Lebenszeichen von einem gegeben wurde und die eigene Haltung überdacht werden sollte
Über Mitarbeiterprobleme untereinander wird von Vorgesetzten gerne hinweggesehen.

Ist ein bisschen wie bei einem Buffet das nicht nachgefüllt wird und einer selbst zu spät kommt. Mag dich dein Vorgesetzter, tolle Aufgaben, wenn nicht, wirst du weder tolle Aufgaben erhalten oder in dieser Firma weiter kommen.
