AEC has been growing for years but this has really accelerated in the past year across all offices and while I can confirm that it is never boring, it can be hard to follow sometimes and I understand why not everyone is happy with the pace. For me personally this growth means many new opportunities for my career. I’ve had different positions here already, and have started a new role recently, with new challenging tasks and projects and forming a new team / hiring new people, which is exciting. In general communication and efficiency across the company need to get better, so that we can catch up and reach the next level. Support departments like Comms, HR, IT are therefore growing as well now, and improvements are happening, and hopefully more to come. I really enjoy working in this international team full of smart people and am looking forward to many new things coming up, and to meeting everybody again in person post Corona.

The company offers various career opportunities and many managers have been promoted internally. There are also many interns that joined the company full-time afterwards. Still there is room for improvement regarding career planning and education

Gibt es nur in der Managementebene.
Sehr negativ; Arbeit von Angestellten wird als eigene verkauft. Vorgesetzte sind (wenn Sie überhaupt im Büro sitzen) nie erreichbar. Ruft der Vorgesetzte dann aber bei einem selbst an und erreicht niemanden (da gerade telefoniert wird) wird umgehend eine E-Mail versendet (Personalabteilung als Mitempfänger) in der geschrieben wird, dass seit Tagen kein Lebenszeichen von einem gegeben wurde und die eigene Haltung überdacht werden sollte
Über Mitarbeiterprobleme untereinander wird von Vorgesetzten gerne hinweggesehen.

Ist ein bisschen wie bei einem Buffet das nicht nachgefüllt wird und einer selbst zu spät kommt. Mag dich dein Vorgesetzter, tolle Aufgaben, wenn nicht, wirst du weder tolle Aufgaben erhalten oder in dieser Firma weiter kommen.

Flexibility. Be less American, start really caring about your employees.
Pretending to be a good employer, showing off ‘amazing’ team events on social media, but then they fire people on a monthly basis - regardless of how hard they work or deliver. Just like that.
Inexistent. Holidays are often not approved, so that you even loose them. You are expected to dial in calls during your time off. They just changed some contracts, but they used to offer 21 days off only! Not family friendly.

Low. They pay commissions after months and months... and if you quit, ‘special rules’ apply..
